Clerk’s Office Expands into eRecording of Many Land Documents

The Salem County Clerk, Dale A. Cross, is proud to announce that we have taken a major step in moving our office forward.  Effective January 29, 2021, Salem County went “live” with eRecording a large majority of our County Land Documents.

In a continuous effort to modernize the office and its services, we are excited to expand our Recording Service to include electronic filling.

It is recommended that all documents to be filed and recorded be submitted by mail or by utilizing the Clerk’ s automated e-filing system. To participate in eRecording, contact one of the e-filing (electronic) vendors below to set up your account:
